Are the occupants of the building whose roof was erected two cellsites be affected by the radiation from these cellsite

On the roof of a five built 2-story apartment cellsites. Could RADAT issued by cellsite affect the health of the occupants, if positive, to what extent part of the body / organ will be a blow. what remedy / action can be applied to avoid such. In other words, people will be living roof of adjacent land in danger of radtion consequences.

The technology of cell phone, including personal communications systems (PCS) is designed to be safe for users and people living near the base station antenna. Cell phones are small radios that will transmit signals to the base station antennas located on towers or buildings in the nearby neighborhood. Cell phones use radio signals from low power, even weaker than CB, police or fire radios. The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) sets safety standards for human exposure to radiofrequency (RF) electromagnetic energy in the United States. Exposure Standards to RF energy are threshold standards. Unlike ionizing radiation, which many people believe to act cumulatively, even low levels exposure to RF exposure at lower levels is not considered a cumulative risk. Minimum standards set the level of RF energy above which can be dangerous to health and below which no adverse effects were reported. ANSI conservative set their maximum allowable levels of exposure to RF energy at one-tenth (or less) the threshold for effects on human health. Exposure limit levels for protection against RF energy recommended by ANSI are comparable to those given in other country. Government agencies recognize and accept the RF safety standards ANSI (ANSI / IEEE C95.1). The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulates cellular phone technology, including both handheld and mobile antennas installed on towers or buildings. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and many states also have responsibility for RF safety. Mobile phones and cellular base stations have shown that the safety standards of the RF and comply with FCC regulations in this domain. The consensus among scientists is that exposure to RF from phones phones and cellular base station antennas, meeting specified maximum permissible exposure in safety standards, is safe for all.
