How can I get paint on the exterior concrete stairs?
The porch is painted with a gray cement paint. I tried of any chemical that I saw at Home Depot and nothing worked. Comments?
There are several types of paint removers and are not all equal. Example of a couple, that work differently. Also abrasive water jet, blasting and painting. Trying to return to natural cement? Or a new coat? If it were me, I would buy the painting, which correspond to the color of cement that I loved and painted. In fact, I have in my chest, I use to paint over graffiti in my path.
