How can I obtain a U.S. Marine Corps flag?
Dad wants one for her coffin.
After receiving military honors at a funeral, provided the American flag. I've been to many funerals for all military branches since I'm a Patriot Guard Rider and have never seen a covered pavilion branch on the coffin. For a full military service, you may be asked to provide a copy of your DD-214. You can find a copy for now will (and free): http://www.archives.gov/veterans/evetrecs/index.html You can buy a U.S. Navy flag to go to google.com and search for him, or going www.sgtgrit.com (do not forget to subscribe to the newsletter and keep a box of tissues for equipment to read, because some are very touching, even to this swabby retired). Go to and click http://www.patriotguard.org/ image gallery (column left). We will be proud to defend his father when his time comes. All you have to do is go to CONTACT U.S. (left column) to establish a mission of honor (all free, we are all standing for volunteers who have gone through us).
