The Director General, National Teachers Institute (NTI), Dr. Aminu Ladan Sharehu said all efforts to reform education and resources together would be nothing without the experience of a culture of properly trained and motivated teachers.
He said the flag was the introductory course for participation in the second series of the federal system Paiko teachers, Niger State. That all stakeholders in the education sector, the world agreed that teachers were at the heart of any successful business in education, adding that education is the foundation of the country's development rests.

He said he supported the Federal Ministry of Education, National Teachers Institute prepared to enter undergraduate programs and master teachers in Nigeria.
Dr. Laden said that since the Teachers are reservoirs of knowledge in business, the Institute could not afford to limit only NCE and degree. He added that the Institute has conducted since 2006 Recycling in the 145 teachers from 000 primary schools nationwide.
