Does anyone have the natural and non toxic to algae to maintain a water source?
I have an ornamental fountain in my yard, my dog likes to drink. I have to find a solution to keep the algae growing in the source. I have used Pond Bloc but is toxic to humans and animals. I also tried Algefix, but this does not seem to help. Ideas? Thank you!
First, clean the source. Take a few stems of lavender and fresh cut leaves few and tie daylilly together and put in the source. I know this may sound silly, but I did it was all in my birdbath and it works.
