Are all polished river stones safety for betta fish tank?

The problem is that I bought a bag of polished black river stones (brand name Panacea) Michael for my new betta tank. The label specifically says: "Do not use in aquariums, but do not see why would hurt. The label does not include the type of rock, but sell the same kind of polished rocks in the animal. Just not so cheap! Anyone have any experience with it?

Rocks for the decor is polished with a chemical called lacquer, which can cause a reaction to the water tank. To use these rocks to decorate your aquarium, you should keep the first under water in boiling water for 5-10 minutes, the license – to stay in the same water that cools the water, then take them and wash with detergent box. After cleaning with a detergent, soak the stones in regular water for another 10-12 hours, and are ready to be placed in your aquarium.
