What is the biggest foreign policy mistake the United States: the Vietnam or Iraq?
The two wars are ccording to most Americans as errors. Many brave and decent men and women have died in these wars. Although more U.S. troops died in Vietnam (at least this is true at this time), but this is not the only measure to gauge the level of error in these two wars. What was the worst mistake for the United States?
Since no we learned from our mistakes in Vietnam, partly because GWB was AWOL during Vietnam, I would say that Iraq is a mistake is much greater. I think we've killed more civilians Iraqi, maintaining that the Vietnamese civilians, but not at all sure.
