Then all the Hubble Space Telescope show on earth the American flag on the moon?
People and conspiracy theorists believe that the moon walk was a joke made by the Government. But perhaps our faithful Hubble prove once and for all the tests we have left behind this amazing time in history? Our American Flag.
Geoff G is correct. In optics, there is a limit to the amount of detail in a telescope can judge, and this limit depends on the diameter of the telescope, and not its magnification power. This is called the "Dawes Limit" and has to do with the wave nature of light. If you do the math (found in many places), we find that for a telescope to see something like a small lunar module at a distance of 240,000 kilometers, the telescope should be about 300 feet in diameter. (Hubble Telescope diameter is only about 7.5 feet.) So, because of light and optics so work is not possible as a (small) telescope near the earth could never image the lander. Moreover, moving the telescope very near the moon is a different story. Only in recent days, a satellite orbiting the moon has taken pictures of the landing sites, and lunar modules there.
