What is the connection to high wind velocity in the frequency of wind? How many winds have a frequency?
I know how the frequency oscillation affects the resonance frequencies, but how the wind speed for the link? Wind Is a frequency?
The wind is not usually described in terms of frequencies. I suppose if the wind changes, any function can be described in terms of Fourier modes, but I do not see why this is useful. Sorry ….
